If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Live Plants: If you are dissatisfied with the live plants you received, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may request photos of the plant(s) in question to assess their condition and determine the appropriate resolution. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the plant(s) once they are returned to us.

Planting Seeds: If you are not satisfied with the planting seeds you received, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may request the return of the seeds in their original packaging for quality inspection. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the seeds once they are returned to us.
Conditions for Refunds:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges, unless the return is due to our error.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
